Our Eternal Love Book Club will be celebrating our 100th book on Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 6:00pm in our fellowship hall. We’ve moved the date up a few weeks but hope you can join us! We’ve invited the members of our spin off book clubs to join us for a fun celebration of 100 books and to celebrate Christmas!
We will be reading “A World Such as Heaven Intended” by Appleton author, Amanda Lauer. She will attend our meeting and share her experiences writing this novel and how it is being made into a movie! Amanda will also sign books in case you are looking for some Christmas presents. This book is available at local libraries and on Amazon.
This book is a faith based and historical romance that takes place during the Civil War. You’ll enjoy this story of Amara McKirnan and Nathan Simmons and how their lives intertwine in a way that shatters the separate worlds they once knew.
As per our tradition for our Christmas party, please bring food to share for our potluck. You can also bring a used and wrapped book for our book exchange. We will eat at 6:00pm, discuss the book with Amanda around 7:00pm with our gift exchange at 8:00pm.
We hope you can join us for this milestone and help us choose the next 100 books!
